Shipping Policy

Delivery Policy

Cancellation Policy

    • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been fulfilled or dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable:

  • Refund or Replacement Requests:

    • Contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a refund or replacement. Provide necessary proof such as images of the product, packaging, and invoice. Allow 3 working days for investigation.

  • Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:

    • Missing products

    • Damaged, leaking, or expired products

    • Incorrect products

  • Ineligibility for Refund or Replacement:

    • Tampered products

    • Missing invoice copy

    • Tampered batch number, manufacturing date, or MRP

    • Products without original packaging

    • Issues reported after 24 hours of receipt

Refund Policy

  • Processing Time:

    • Prepaid orders will be refunded within 5-7 business days. You will receive a notification via SMS and Email with a link to track your refund status.

    • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer and may take up to 15 business days.
